The Honda ADV 160 is our entry point into the "adventure scooter" class — it looks and rides like a small dual-sport motorcycle but keeps the automatic transmission and easy handling of a scooter.

The higher ground clearance and longer suspension travel smooth out Phuket's rougher back roads and unpaved shortcuts far better than any of our regular scooters, and the raised riding position gives noticeably better visibility of traffic ahead. Front mud protection keeps you cleaner if you do end up on a wet dirt road.

Best for: riders who want to explore beyond the main tourist roads — quieter inland routes, viewpoints reached by rougher tracks — without needing full off-road riding experience.
